Hi!! My name is Ellen Pacheco and I am the owner and baker of The Little Macaron. I grew up loving to bake and I spent countless hours baking with my grandma, sister, and mom. In 2022 my sister and I decided to give baking macarons a try. I fell in love. I love the precision, the endless choices of flavors, the colors and so much more. I made them for holidays, gave them as gifts, and  they were a hit. So I decided to start selling them after family and friend's raved reviews, and The Little Macaron was born. It is now a local macaron bakery ran out of my house. With a variety of flavors, these elegant, colorful, and delicious macarons are the perfect way to elevate any event, from weddings, to birthday parties, to bridal showers.

Outside of baking, I am pursuing a career as a performer after obtaining my BFA in theatre. I was recently married in December of 2023 to the love of my life and I even made macarons for my own wedding. I love spending time with family, traveling, singing, playing board games, and baking of course!
